Chicken Pox

Hello Everyone,
Well, as usual life gets in the way of the best laid plans. Yesterday we got the call from daycare to pick up Christopher, because he has spots all over. A quick trip to the health centre confirmed, Christopher has chicken pox. So now Mommy and Christopher are going to get some time at home.
So far, Christopher is doing well, with a pretty mild case. And so far no real side effects, no scatching, fever or any of the unpleasentness. Hopefully it'll continue to be a mild case.
Take Care

I hope it continues mild - at least he won't be in hospital at 21 saying "why didn't I get them when I was so little I don't remember!?!" like his Pop.

Hope everyone survives this little turn of fate with their senses of humour still in tact.

Well, at least Christopher got to get out for Halloween before they hit. Would he have been contagious then....? Always better to catch them before school starts.
Worst fever Keith ever had when he caught Matt's...and then Sam got them, 3 days after his Christening. Some things you don't forget. Let's hope they remain mild and pass quickly.
Take care,
CKMS

Hi: Just got back from Sunny Florida to the cold (or cold as we know it, not as you know it). We hope Christopher is fine and still in the throes of a "mild" case, unlike his Dad,,,,,,,,,,,, we remember visiting you in intensive care and the scars you had when you were finally released from hospital.
Glad to see you are keeping up with your blogsite, we enjoy reading about your experiences. Take care. Talk to you this weekend. Love. Mum and Dad Groom
