Things I need to Remember:
- When your left wounded and dying on the Afgan plains, and the Afgan women come out to cut up your remains just roll on your rifle and blow out your brains and go to your death like a soldier.
- Never grab hold of metal objects when the temp hits -40 or you'll end up with your hand stuck to a door handle for 10 minutes like you just did Dumbass.

Wow - it's very telling that in July these people are still wearing hats and fleece at night.
Question regarding your story about the elder who keeps chatting... how common is the Inuk language across the north and how much changes by region? Have you been given any indication? These people all come from a common background in history I believe - but the distance between their communities must have some effect over time. Would learning more at each posting help in the next?
